– Checked bearing: bearing balls shattered, cage broken.
– Checked seal: floating oil seal completely failed.
– Checked lubrication: no lubricating oil inside roller.
– Checked shaft: shaft journal worn.

Root Cause: The carrier roller floating oil seal failed for a long time, allowing sand and mud to enter and wear the bearing, eventually causing the bearing cage to break and seize.

Required Parts: Replace carrier roller assembly.
