Fault Phenomenon: Co-Nele KNL5300 remote control distance is normal when cold. After reaching operating temperature (under direct sunlight), the operating distance shortens, commands are delayed, and eventually fails.
Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked remote control battery power: power sufficient, voltage normal.
– Checked receiving antenna connection: connection secure, no physical damage.
– Checked receiver module supply voltage: stable when cold.
– Measured voltage regulator module output at operating temperature: found regulator output voltage unstable, triggering protection.
Root Cause: Poor heat dissipation of the voltage regulator module inside the onboard receiver box activates thermal protection.
Required Parts: Wireless remote receiver box assembly.
