Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked heating element: electric heating rod internal open circuit.
– Checked connections: terminal burnt or detached.
– Checked fuse: heating circuit fuse blown.
– Checked thermostat: thermostat switch open.

Root Cause: The internal resistance wire of the electric heating rod inside the screed broke due to long-term high-temperature oxidation or mechanical vibration.

Required Parts: Replace electric heating rod assembly.
