Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked outrigger lock valve: manual lock function normal.
– Checked outrigger cylinder seals: static pressure holding test normal.
– Checked outrigger electric lock signal: stable when cold.
– Measured electric lock signal at operating temperature: found signal intermittently cuts out.

Root Cause: Inter-turn short circuit in the outrigger control solenoid valve coil leads to insufficient magnetic force under thermal conditions.
