Fault Phenomenon: John Deere 672G grader oil film found in coolant, transmission oil emulsified.

Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked cooler: oil-water separator plate perforated.
– Checked pressure: oil pressure higher than water pressure, oil leaking into water circuit.
– Checked radiator: oil film inside radiator.
– Checked oil: transmission oil milky white.

Root Cause: The internal separator plate in the transmission oil cooler corroded and perforated, causing mixing (cross-contamination) of transmission oil and coolant.

Required Parts: Replace transmission oil cooler, flush cooling system and transmission.
