Fault Phenomenon: Komatsu HD605 mining truck rides very rough, body height abnormal, suspension failed.

Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked nitrogen cylinder: suspension cylinder nitrogen chamber seal failed.
– Checked oil-air mixing: large amount of gas mixed into hydraulic oil.
– Checked charging valve: charging valve core leaking.
– Checked oil level: hydraulic oil level abnormally high.

Root Cause: The oil-air isolation seal inside the suspension cylinder failed, allowing nitrogen to leak into the hydraulic chamber, causing the suspension to lose its spring effect.

Required Parts: Replace suspension cylinder seal repair kit, recharge with nitrogen and refill oil.
