– Checked battery terminals: connections secure, no corrosion.
– Checked electrical equipment: no abnormal current draw.
– Measured generator output voltage at operating temperature: found voltage below 24V.

Root Cause: The internal rectifier diode in the generator is damaged, causing charging efficiency to drop under thermal conditions.
