– Checked tank: poor tank cap seal, rainwater ingress.
– Checked oil cooler: oil cooler internal perforation, water ingress.
– Replaced oil cooler, completely replaced hydraulic oil and cleaned tank.

Root Cause: Internal leakage in the hydraulic oil cooler caused water to mix with the oil.
