Fault Phenomenon: Manitowoc crawler crane when disassembling the main boom, the connecting pin cannot be driven out.

Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked pin lubrication: grease dried out.
– Checked pin deformation: slight bending.
– Used heating tools to locally heat the pin boss, assisted with a jack to push out.

Root Cause: Long-term lack of lubrication caused the pin to rust-seize in the sleeve, or slight deformation.

Required Parts: High-temperature grease, new pin.
