Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked wiper motor: motor windings normal, not burnt.
– Checked wiper linkage: linkage connections normal, not detached.
– Checked wiper switch: switch contacts normal, no oxidation.
– Measured wiper motor voltage at operating temperature: found voltage normal but motor does not turn.

Root Cause: Internal carbon brushes of the wiper motor expand and seize due to heat.
