Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked oil quality: transmission oil blackened with burnt smell.
– Checked friction discs: discs burnt and thinned.
– Checked piston: clutch piston seal failed.
– Checked operation: prolonged partial clutch engagement while driving.

Root Cause: Improper operation caused the transmission clutch to be in a partially engaged state for an extended period, overheating and burning the friction discs.

Required Parts: Replace transmission clutch friction disc set and seals.
