Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked CAN lines: CAN bus harness worn, short to ground or open circuit.
– Checked terminating resistors: CAN bus terminating resistance abnormal.
– Checked connectors: main controller connector water ingress, oxidation.
– Checked power supply: ECU supply voltage unstable.

Root Cause: The CAN communication line in the main machine harness wore through and shorted to ground due to vibration, paralyzing the entire CAN network communication.

Required Parts: Repair or replace damaged CAN bus harness.
