– Checked welding: insufficient original weld height.

Root Cause: The internal baffle welds in the hydraulic tank fatigued and cracked due to long-term oil pulsation impact, losing the function of oil-air separation and sediment precipitation.

Required Parts: Drain hydraulic oil, re-weld and reinforce the baffle.
