XCMG HB43K Hot Outrigger Lock Failure Fault

Fault Phenomenon: XCMG HB43K outriggers function normally when cold. After continuous support for 2 hours (operating temperature), the outriggers automatically retract, the lock indicator gives a false alarm, and eventually the machine tilts.

Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked outrigger hydraulic lock: disassembled and cleaned, cone valve seals well.
– Checked outrigger cylinder: pressure holding test normal, no internal leakage.
– Checked outrigger control circuit: voltage stable, no interference.
– Measured lock solenoid valve coil resistance at operating temperature: found abnormal resistance increase with temperature.

Root Cause: Inter-turn short circuit in the outrigger lock solenoid valve coil leads to insufficient magnetic force under thermal conditions.

Required Parts: Outrigger lock solenoid valve assembly.
