– Checked tensioner: tensioner pulley bearing seized, causing belt break.
– Checked water pump: water pump impeller seized.
– Checked alignment: pulleys not aligned.

Root Cause: The fan belt tensioner pulley bearing seized due to lack of oil, generating high heat and snapping the belt, causing the fan and water pump to stop.

Required Parts: Replace fan belt and tensioner pulley assembly.
