– Checked plunger: cushion plunger at cylinder end worn shorter.
– Checked orifice: cushion throttle orifice worn larger.
– Checked seal: cushion seal worn.

Root Cause: The cushion plunger inside the bucket cylinder wore down due to long-term high-frequency impact, reducing its length and failing to effectively close the return port for deceleration at the end of the stroke.

Required Parts: Replace bucket cylinder cushion plunger and seals.
