XCMG XKT Mining Truck Dump Body Wear Plate Large Number Missing

Fault Phenomenon: XCMG XKT mining truck extremely low efficiency when loading large ore; inspection reveals a large number of wear plates or teeth on the dump body front edge are broken or missing.

Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked wear plates/teeth: material worn or insufficient welding strength.
– Checked bases: bases worn and deformed, causing teeth to loosen.
– Checked process: improper loading angle by loader.
– Checked material: material unsuitable for high-hardness ore.

Root Cause: The selected wear-resistant material is not suitable for the high-hardness ore layer, and the bases are worn and deformed due to long-term impact, causing the wear plates to fall off.

Required Parts: Replace with reinforced wear plates suitable for high-hardness ore, repair or replace bases.
