Fault Phenomenon: XCMG XKT mining truck steering wheel is extremely heavy when turning in place, sometimes cannot turn.

Troubleshooting Process:
– Checked steering pump: steering gear pump worn, internal leakage.
– Checked priority valve: flow amplifier valve stuck, no priority oil for steering.
– Checked cylinder: steering cylinder internal leakage or mechanical seizure.
– Checked oil level: hydraulic tank oil level too low.

Root Cause: The flow amplifier valve spool in the full hydraulic steering unit is stuck, causing most of the hydraulic oil to flow to the work equipment, resulting in insufficient steering system flow.

Required Parts: Clean or replace flow amplifier valve assembly.
