Problem Description:

– O-ring had poor contact.
– Tightened O-ring; fault resolved.
– Rotary head abnormal noise will be monitored.

Root Cause:

Due to high vibration; due to pandemic and customer instructions.

Required Parts:

Customer has only 10 rods left; will inspect after project completion.
