Problem Description:

Two cases of early failure of Lixing main hoist motors on XR240ES caused drill rod speed loss and rod dropping – a serious issue. Replace all Lixing main hoist motors on XR240ES with Rexroth brand. Installation is compatible. After replacement, adjust lift and lower relief valves (tighten then back off half turn) and set minimum displacement based on drum max no-load speed 34.5r/min±1r/min or max lowering speed 70m/min±2m/min. Production department to adjust orders for future vehicles. Clean and protect removed Lixing motors, return to factory for credit at original price.
